The space

Cabin boasts expansive views of the mountains with a front porch for relaxing, back deck for grilling, and patio with fire table. Two queen bedrooms, bathroom with tub/shower, laundry machines, and a fully stocked kitchen.

The cabin has an open floor plan for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the mountain views from the couch. Cabin has new kitchen appliances and grill for all your cooking needs. The house is yours to enjoy the mountains, roads, and nature during your stay.

Guest access

You will have the cabin to yourself during the stay. Easy self checkin through a electronic lock deadbolt. Located in a quiet gated community with minimal traffic. This is a private residence and please respect the neighbors and quiet hours (10pm-8am).

NOTE: Cabin Driveway is gravel with a gradual transition from roadway. Community road to cabin is paved. No more than three cars in the driveway. Drive way is shared with neighbors cabin. No trailers without prior written approval.

Other things to note

Internet provided by **StarLink**; low latency high speed connection! FaceTime, Calls, streaming are all capable with this connection.

Noise: The property is located next to the Deal’s Gap Motorcycle Resort, depending on the weekday and time of day, you will be able to hear the motorcycles and cars. Cabin is on top of a hill facing away from the resort.

Families: Cabin may not be suitable for all families with small children as the cabin is not child proof. I do provide family games and a playpen for families who decide to bring children during their stay.
