Be aware that leaves are starting to fall into the road. They don't have that much affect on traction when they're dry, but be careful if they're wet.
Thursday - October 15, 2003
About 30 Canadians came down for their final hurrah at the Gap. It's not very often that such a large group of riders can come together and almost everyone rides away accident free. They only had one rider go down, so hats off to them.
The Gap was all wet and leafy Saturday morning, so I headed over to the Skyway to try shooting over there. It wasn't very easy since everyone is so spread out, and I haven't found tha guud spots to shoot from yet. I managed to get some decent stuff, but folks were crashing pretty bad over there, as you may have read on Tail of the Dragon.
We will be at Talladega this weekend for the SBTT trackdays, so if you're coming to the Gap, bring your own camera. ;) (the leaves are pretty awesome)

Nice plate!
A minor drop busted the case cover and spread oil at Crud Corner. Frame sliders would have probably prevented this. Nice job on clean up folks! The night shot is a view from the Cherohala Skyway.
