Gah! I miss DSL. See, I relocated to the Deals Gap area to better serve you, loyal reader. (and customer =) Fiber optics and federal forests don't go together. I don't offer prints at this time, like I was doing before, because I was sourcing the work out to a 3rd party, who would print out the photos, and ship them to my customers. That meant transmitting the photos that were ordered to them over the interweb. No big deal on DSL, but transmitting 2-3Mb files over dial up for every image ordered just isn't going to work. Now I burn all orders onto CD and you guys will have to carry them to your local drug store or Wal-Mart for prints. It comes out cheaper for you in the long run anyway, it's just a bit more hassle. Sorry. If you want the odd merchandise that I used to offer, like Tshirts and Coffee Mugs, check out EZPrints. That is who I was using anyway, and now you can get things done at cost. (cheaper)
Please note that the more shots you order, the cheaper it gets per shot. If you order 5 or more shots now, it's just $5 a shot.

As of Friday night, there is a trail of...something about 12 miles long through the Gap - Southbound lane. I've heard it was a pontoon boat, a trailer of Llamas, and a large diesel pickup leaking fuel out of one of the tanks. I stuck my finger in it Saturday morning, and it was black and smelled like motor oil. There has to be 40 gallons there. I also noticed a lot of hunters coming through with their remote control dogs in the back of the trucks. By Sunday it was just an eyesore, and didn't seem to effect the grip.
I went for a ride in Rob's Rx7 for the first time. I prayed...to Joe Pesci.
If anyone out there is real familiar with setting up one of these PHP-Nuke websites, I could use some help. I'd like to have that setup, so I could update easily, and allow readers to post comments on hot topics...makes things a little more interactive around here.
